A simple way to define “vinyasa” is the linking of breath and movement, a gradual progression of movements from one shape to the next, with intention.

Vi = sequence

Nyasa = conscious placement

We flow to become more attuned to how we move when we are not on the mats. As we move with intention in our practices, we move with intention in life.
